KCI offers a recycling program for facilities and patients that allows safe disposal of their V.A.C. Via™ and Prevena™ Incision Management System. KCI provides this recycling program free of cost to the customer.
Step 1 - Contact KCI
- To receive a recycling mailback box at your facility or home, contact KCI at 1-800-275-4524
Step 2 - Dispose in Box
- KCI coordinates with Sharps Compliance Inc. for disposal boxes to be sent to your location
- Single pack or quad pack options are available
- KCI green sticker is adhered to the outside of the Sharps box
- Detailed step by step instructions are included in each box
Step 3 - Ship Box to Sharps
- Ship via UPS to Sharps for recycling
